Charlie & Roy's Farm Stay Berry

Charlie and Roy's farm stay is a family friendly guesthouse on an old vineyard. The property is nestled beneath Wedding Cake mountain and is set on 173 acres of pasture,and forest with a creek and a large lawn area. It is just 4.2km from the village of Berry and is close to bush walking trails, wineries, and beaches. The home is perfect for one or two families who want to enjoy Berry and be in a peaceful country setting. Being a farmstay, there are friendly farm animals too. (No large parties)

My husband says, "If you are holidaying at the beach - you must be able to see the water & not just a glimpse". Comfy King Coil mattresses- All bedding, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided. Recently refurbished with new carpet, paint and kitchenette. Access to pool and outdoor entertaining area. Friendly local hosts who are happy to recommend attractions including beaches, wineries, restaurants and the amazing new Boongaree Rotary Nature Park.

Pet friendly & secure fencing. Not really suitable for more than 4 adults, as bunk beds are more for little people. WI-FI and air-conditioning to ensure you enjoy your stay.
