Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

The house is a charming 5 minute walk to downtown Jamestown and a scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge to Newport. There is a great bakery/cafe and a brand new playground a mere 250 feet away. The open floor plan and eclectic, local decor make for a pleasant accommodation. The space 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor living/dining space, and a kitchen with an oven/stove top and refrigerator. Full wifi coverage throughout, cable tv, a backyard /stone patio, grill and central a/c.

You will love our relaxing one bedroom apartment attached to our home, with its private back and front entrance and your own, kitchen, bathroom and living room.Enjoy our BBQ area, or grab a beach towel and go to one of the fabled Rhode Island beaches for some ocean fun. Just a 10 minute stroll to the historic village of Wickford with its quaint shops, restaurants and seaside charm. We are close to Newport, Narragansett, and URI with easy access to the airport, rail and bus transportation.
