Original 1960's Family Beach House

Bring the whole family to this happy place with lots of room for fun. Close to beautiful beaches, this three bedroom beach house has been renovated to include modern amenities with a classic feel. Ample parking, including a double carport that's tall enough for your boat, and a securely fenced yard to keep your pooch safely on the property. The spacious living area opens onto a large north facing deck for entertaining or lounging after a day at the beach. This hideaway is the perfect getaway.

Set amongst a quiet neighbourhood with beach, shops, golf course and hot springs close by, this spacious, light filled, three bedroom home is awaiting your family getaway. An open plan kitchen/dining and separate, large lounge room, along with a large outdoor entertaining area and fenced backyard. This comfortable family home is available all year round, with a wood heater, ducted heating, split system air conditioner in the lounge, ceiling fans in 2 main bedrooms, sleeps 7, linen provided.

Our home is child and pet friendly, securely fenced and only a very short walking distance, (less than 5 minutes), to the beach, cinema, supermarket, cafes and Rosebud pub. . An additional living area at the back, has a second TV, a couch and bar fridge. The second bedroom is large and the queen bed can be curtained off from the bunks. Wifi, and FREE NETFLIX are available. Spacious shower, separate toilet. Baby high chair and we have a portacot. Air conditioned and with ceiling fans.

Walk to picturesque Rosebud Beach in less than 10 minutes, stroll to nearby shops, cafes and restaurants or hop in the car and within minutes be at local wineries, Arthur's Seat & Hot Springs. The bathroom has a spacious new shower & a new kitchen . Cinemas & pub.
