We are 7 1/2 miles east of the town of Monticello and just a few minutes from kayaking and canoeing on the Wacissa River. 35 minutes to Tallahassee and 20min to Thomasville , GA

This getaway is located on a private city street in the small historic town of Monticello. The town is a golf cart friendly community. The home has been recently remodeled and furnished with brand new furniture, beds, linens and towels. Amenities include high speed internet (200mbps), a dedicated work station, coffee station, cable tv, and a washer and dryer to clean your clothes. Several board games as well as darts and a foosball table on the screened in porch adds fun to your down time.

This cottage is an easy walk to downtown and is ideal for couples or friends for a relaxed getaway. Well-behaved potty trained dogs ( max 2) are welcome! The cottage has a fenced in yard and is located on a perfect street for dog walking. The cottage front porch is the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail before walking to dinner. Tent is not included. Unpaved roads leading up to property. There is no house on this property.
