Lakeside Grove - A True North Vacation Home

Paradise at the Lake! Private Road, Tall Mature Trees, Waterfront with Dock! This place is truly one of a kind and very well appointed. Sandy Pond Waterfront W/ Hot Tub on Golf Course!

Come relax at our peaceful place on North Sandy Pond that boasts some of the most stunning sunsets. Just a 5 min. boat ride to Boaters beach/Lake Ontario. The pond side of our home feat. a patio w/ gazebo, hottub, & fire pit that overlooks the water. Also feat. a boat launch & dock for small boats/pontoons. Kayaks & a paddle board that are welcomed to be used. Other side you will find the elms golf course, clubhouse/restaurant (5min walk/2min ride) and friendly chipman lane, great for a walk!

Lakehouse & Tiki Hut on Guffin Bay

The Bayside Villa is a beautifully renovated cottage on 100 feet of breathtaking private waterfront. It overlooks the serene Guffin Bay, which boasts some of the area's best fishing, swimming, boating & kayaking. You will enjoy relaxing days, the most breathtaking sunsets and cozy, starlit nights in front of the bonfire. The Tiki Hut is it's own retreat where you can read, play games or just stare at the water from a comfy chair. You will want to return here to make memories year after year!

The Brewster Cottage

Come enjoy all that the 1000 Islands have to offer in this two story, 3 full baths, 4 bedroom oasis! There's no shortage of natural light in this 3,000 sqft home, providing plenty of space for everyone in your party to find their own place to relax. This home was built in the late 1980's by our family’s matriarch, Madora Brewster. She over saw every last detail of this house - from the breathtaking sunroom, the river rock fireplace mantel, to the moonlit bathtub in the master bedroom.

Whether it's calm and quiet to escape the daily grind or fun & excitement, we have it!
