Nederland,TX Pet friendly without the fees. Location matters! Nice,safe area,walking distance to Dornbos Park. Located in Nederland, a great little town between Beaumont & Port Arthur. House has a primary bedroom: king bed & ensuite bath. 2nd bedroom: queen bed. 3rd bedroom:2 twin XL beds. Den: Sleeper sofa. 2nd bath at the end of the hall. Sleeps 8 with no extra fees per person. Smart TVs. Wifi, no cable. The indoor fireplace is not listed as an amenity because it is not usable at this time.

A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located duplex next to St. Elizabeth hospital and down the road from the H.W.C. Wellness Center, who have exciting and engaging after school programs for kids. This home is pet friendly and walking distance to good eats and shopping.
