Comfortable and recently refurbished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Downstairs includes lounge, kitchen, utility, double bedroom (with en-suite shower) and separate toilet. Two double bedrooms and one large family bathroom upstairs. Front patio with a BBQ, and another at the back of the house. Santa Cruz is 100 metres from the beach, close to town (on the main bus routes), with free parking included. This is a well-cared for family home, perfect for families and friends holidaying in Jersey.

To the East, is the scenic Castle harbour village of Gorey. There is 9 hole golf course just 2 mins away with a driving range, tennis courts and a restaurant/bar.

Perfectly located in a quiet, mixed use residential & commercial side street on the edge of St Helier, this property is a 5 minute walk from the busy centre of town. It's close to restaurants & bars as well as the tranquility of Howard Davis Park which is literally just around the corner. Stroll just a little a little further on to the golden beach and pool at Havre de Pas. The main bus station is a 15 minute walk or 20 mins to St Clement golf, tennis, squash & padel complex.
