Newly renovated, four season home with a large private lot on Seneca Lake, the jewel of the Finger Lakes. Beautiful views of the sunrise in the morning over the expansive lake and the moonrise at night. 110 feet of beachfront with a huge dock. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all activities to be enjoyed or just chilling by the fire pit works also. All of this right in the middle of the Seneca Lake Winetrail, Within a mile of seven wineries including Fox Run, Red Tail, and Anthony Road.

Welcome to Paradise on the Lake. It’s an architectural splendor with 3 levels of living space. It’s has all the settings of the adirondacks in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

Lodi Lakefront

Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

A great walking and biking area with easy access to the City Pier and great sunsets from the front porch or sunrises from the back deck! There is an additional two bedroom upper cottage that can be rented as well for more family and friends. Come see what the finger lakes are all about! I have included a nice fireplace so you can even enjoy the winter months. Enjoy relaxing in a hot tub overlooking the lake.
