The house has three bedrooms: two king size, one queen and two full bathrooms, one ADA. An additional rental is also available if you need more space.

Our location is a kayaker's paradise, where you can easily launch your kayak down our beach ramp and enjoy our peaceful slice of heaven!

The property is immediately adjacent to the Blagden Indian Point Preserve. Many visitors come to the Preserve to see the harbor seals basking in the sun at low tide.
