My old town flat is in the heart of Solothurn with a large sun terrace. Close restaurants, shops, museums. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, freeWIFI, double bed, plus 1 sofa bed, bed linen, towels, iron, hairdryer, washing machine and tumbler. ideal for couples, solo or business travelers. buses are 150 meters close and the trainstation reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Parking spaces are next to the house and free overnight. Free during the day with a 5 minute drive away.

En bordure d'un petit ruisseau et dans un cadre bucolique, deux chambres, une salle d'eau (sauna payant), un espace à manger avec machine à café, bouilloire, thés, au 2e étage. Le jardin vous accueille pour prendre un petit café, un thé, déjeuner ou manger, mais surtout rêver et vous émerveiller. WC visiteur disponible. Salle de détente au rez (lecture, musique, méditation, yoga). Atelier de peinture avec possibilité de créer. Parking gratuit pour plusieurs voitures à côté de la maison.

Genießt die klaren Tage, die Stille des Waldes, die Tiefe des Sternenhimmels und erfreut euch am satten Dunkel des Firmament. Erlebt die Stille des aufgehenden Morgens, die Einsamkeit und Ruhe in und mit der Natur. Sammelt Kraft während ruhiger und romantischer Tage. Altstadt Dachwohnung in Solothurn, bis 5 Personen

Die 2.5-Zimmerwohnung wurde 2017 renoviert. Sie liegt sehr zentral: In nächster Nähe liegen die Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants und zahlreiche Bars, Freibad und die Aare. Auf Wunsch kann ein Kinderbett und ein Sitzli bereitgestellt werden. Zur Austattung gehört ein Racletteöfeli. Ab 12. August 2025 wird die Wohnung für Langzeitmieter (mindestens 3 Monate) zur Verfügung stehen. Bei Interesse bitte melden.

Ideally located in the village of Saignélegier, it is close to all amenities.

One bedroom with 160x200 bed + sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. Free long term parking less than 300m away, 2 min walk from the tourist office and 10min from the train station.
