Old beutiful house family apartment

The house were built in the late 19th centuries as a holiday home on the seaside, its a monument of wooden architecture. The apartment with one studio bedroom with kitchen ,another bedroom and with more than a hundred years old restored wallpapers on the walls. There are wide backyard with children house and sandbox, with cableway and trampoline. Our territory include 4 houses and we host another families usually with children. So, often we have many kids on the backyard which play together

Enjoy hassle-free beach days with our convenient free parking on the site and just 2 walking minutes away from the beach! The apartment is situated in Jurmala within the free-entry zone, with free parking available on the premises. Our cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a private house, boasting a separate entrance. It's an ideal retreat for two people, but can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The properity has a sauna house for relaxation for an additional fee.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Entire garden house with electric heating and fireplace located 400 m from river coast Lielupe with one bedroom, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bath/ shower, toilet and washing machine, terrace with garden furniture, parking space for a car. There is a beautiful garden with apple trees, summer berries, fresh peppermint leaves, sage and other fresh spices at your disposal. You can use wireless internet, TV, DVD and a sound system.

Dzintari forest park with its entertainment - just few steps from the apartments. Riga airport 15km, Riga Old Town 20km. Apartment is completely new, modern and comfortable. It feature an individual design and a private entrance.
