The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just 3 kms out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway which border our property. The tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a decent wee fridge/freezer. Internet is provided through Starlink!

Welcome to Ahipara (The beginning of ninety-mile beach) Near new home. To kick start your holiday, enjoy breakfast, including fresh free-range eggs and a range of condiments. The home is just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach- cafe and fishin chip shop. (Bikes are provided and are at the house) With all the luxuries of home including a 55-inch smart TV. Sleep well in the comfy King size bed. Alternately there are two King singles. Free parking on site and room for boats.

Nestled in native bush surrounding Paihia, Kereru Lodge is located a just a short walk from the town centre. Close to the intercity bus depot, main wharf, as well as bars and restaurants. Kereru Lodge is the perfect location to base yourself when visiting the bay of islands. We provide fresh clean bedding and towels, fast free WIFI and have a new fresh water filter in the kitchenette. Hilltop apartment & farm stay visit

Wake up in your own private, sun-drenched apartment. Perched on a hilltop, uninterupted views of Mt Camel. Our only neighbours are fruit trees, cows, a friendly dog and cat. Stunning sunrises and sunsets, fantastic for romantic get-aways or a writer's retreat. We are currently in spring and have plenty of cute little calves roaming the paddocks. The apartment is set on the north end of our family homestead, with a kitchen, bathroom & private entry.
