Built in 2021 with 2 private units, or whole house. A new water filtration system installed in 2023. This listing is for the private lower unit; 1 BR (Q), 1 full bath (shower), fully furnished. Fully outfitted kitchen, dining area and cozy sitting area will make you feel right at home. A laundry facility is available for your convenience. A private outdoor deck overlooks the wooded property. Just minutes from downtown Soldotna & Kenai. (The Upper Unit with 2BRs is at ID 2397242).

Kenai Adventure Cabins Queen Loft

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil Kenai getaway! This One Room Cozy Cabin has a Queen loft bed, a private covered porch, blackout shades, small table/2 chairs and mini fridge. This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of seating. Our new property consists of 12 One Room Cabins, 4 two bedroom cabins, Basecamp and an on-site Property Manager.

You will have close access to the Tsalteshi multi-use recreation trails, world class fishing (less then 5 min from property), Soldotna Sports Center and Field House. Private 1.5 acre lot provides beautiful and peaceful environment with access to a deck and fire pit. With a fully stocked kitchen and relaxing seating you will be ready to entertain or cozy up during your stay.

Rockwood House

Your family will enjoy our 1350 sqft home located in a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced backyard. The house is a short drive from the Kenai River and right around the corner from a few restaurants, a local bar, and a grocery store. There is also plenty of parking for a travel trailer or boat. We can also provide guided fishing tours through our outfit “The River Crew” that fishes on both the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers. If you are interested, let us know!

Discover Kenai Cottage

Year-round cottage sleeps 2 with 1 bed & 1 bath. The Cottage offers magnificent views of Cook Inlet, Twin Glaciers, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, and Mt. Spur, (all 3 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cottage has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. Located ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.
