Vourkari House

Beautiful new house in Vourkari. Fully equiped kitchen, with 2 bedrooms and a panoramic view of the bay from the roof garden. The house is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars. Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability

Seaside Heaven

This beautifully decorated house in located in a unique spot at the very edge of Otzias beach. With its very own beach rock with platform and umbrella, you can have a very private swim & sunbathe. The house is close enough to have easy access to taverns, golden sandy beach, kiosk, sport courts and children playground, and far enough to be completely and utterly private. You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any gaze.

Private access to a pretty little cove, 10 minutes walk down from the property. Accommodation for 20 travelers maximum. Garden, swimming pool. 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, projection room, games room, bathroom and 2 additional rooms with sofa bed. Large volumes. Outdoor bar, BBQ, terraces. Close to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island.

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.

Kea Traditional Home Maisonette

This is a wonderful, traditional summer family home, ideal for larger families or group of friends. The beach is just across and the bus stop outside, while it takes only 5min walk to the port, shops, restaurants and supermarket. If you are traveling with children, there is a playground nearby.

The stone bungalow, built on the waterfront with steps leading directly to the sea, is perfect to host 2(up to 4) guests. From there you may start to explore all the areas of the island, the beautiful beaches and villages and the unspoiled nature of Kea.
