With TV and air condition in every room the double beds are 1,60 X 2 ,accommodating 11 persons. Fully furnished and household equipped. Swimming pool, external shower, sun covered and wind protected furnished 500 sq/m terrace with three built in sofas and two built in dinning tables for twelve and eight per’s , sun shaded deck chairs. Surround music speakers , dimmer controlled lighting .Outside bar with sink, mini bar and stools , 2 BBQs , (one with coal and one with gas ) and an open-air oven ( working with wood ) and a kitchen sink . Η Villa Nina βρίσκεται στην Κέα (Τζιά) στην περιοχή "Άγιος Ιωάννης" (Χάλαρα), κοντά στη μονή Καστριανής, σε μία έκταση 2,5 στρεμμάτων. Έχει μία απέραντη, πανέμορφη θέα στο Αιγαίο και στην ανατολή του ήλιου, σε μία εξαιρετικά ήσυχη και γαλήνια τοποθεσία. Το βράδυ κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό μπορείς να δεις τα φώτα της Καρύστου, της Άνδρου μέχρι και της Τήνου. Απέχει 15' από το λιμάνι, 8' από τον Οτζιά, 12' από το Βουρκάρι και είναι εξαιρετικά κοντά σε γνωστές παραλίες του νησιού όπως το Σπαθί.
