The cottage is close to snowmobile trails and there is a rental company in the area that will deliver snowmobiles to the cottage. There is a grand Muskoka granite wood burning fireplace for extra comfort and ambiance.

The cottage dock has perfect exposure and gets sun all day long - you can't beat those pristine sunset views. After the day is done, chill out in your hot tub on the deck year round and finish the night making s'mores outside over the fire pit. The cottage is just a 5-minute drive to Haliburton.

In the heart of Muskoka on 3 Mile Lake. This cozy Log Cabin is set on private property. This studio room has all modern amenities which include 65” Smart TV, Netflix, microwave, keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, toaster-oven, hot plate, barbecue and wall mounted fireplace. It has two beds and a full bathroom with seated shower. The waterfront has a shallow entry or you can jump in from the dock. A canoe, 2 kayaks & life jackets are for your use. End your night with a campfire.
