Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Chuck's Place

Chuck's is a neat and tidy stand alone home dedicated to vacation rentals. Fully stocked! Private and convenient on 7 sunny acres overlooking Mt Ascutney. Plenty to do out your door- hiking, snow-shoeing, skating, sledding, skinning and family-friendly skiing over at Ascutney. Brownville Butcher and Pantry is an active gathering place in the village. The best meats and fish anywhere! More downhill and cross-country/skate skiing, restaurants, pubs, and breweries all within 25 minute drive.

Along with your lake experience the Franklin area has become known for whitewater rafting & kayaking. O.N.E. kayak rental is nearby in downtown Franklin. They will deliver and pick up rental kayaks & paddle boards. Mountain bike at the nearby Franklin Dam. An outdoor space with gas grill, picnic bench & fire pit chimnea. Close to large ski areas such as Gunstock, Waterville Valley, Dartmouth Ski Way, Ragged Mountain & 45 min to Loon. Ice fishing and access to multiple snow mobile trails.

A charming lake house with a magnificent view of a ski mountain — Wachusett Ski Resort (voted #1 in MA). Newly-renovated, 650 square foot cabin with a wall unit AC, fire pit, grill, smart TVs, kayaks, paddle board, and all the amenities you’ll need. (FYI: We also own another lakefront Airbnb right down the street that accommodates 10 guests. Ask for link.) *A brand new retaining wall and dock will be installed May 2024. This will extend and even out the lawn for nights around the firepit!

Seasonal lake side cottage

Cottage comes with the use of two kayak's, a canoe, two stand up paddle boards, an outside fire place to roast s'mores. (Please do not use fireplace until dusk). Refrigerator & freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster, basic pots and pans, outside grill,a clean lake with swimming area. Tv/DVD player & DVD’s(no cable). We supply towels,linens & beach towels. Friendly neighbors on either side of cottage. Water is fine to use, but not to drink. A perfect relaxing, unplugged weekend getaway.

Important to note this is for rent with the idea that you would pick up the RV and take to your home- NOT FOR RENT IN OUR DRIVEWAY.
