Cozy Summerhouse by the River

Characteristic Summerhouse with a big private backyard that has a terrace, BBQ, a hammock and of course a ping-pong table with BIKES & FISHING ROD included in the rent. Located only a couple of minutes walk from a small sandy beach in the pristine Kemijoki, the biggest river of Finland. A perfect relaxation base where you can let the Midnight Sun sink in. I have had the house for rent during winter for many seasons, you can find & check the reviews on my profile (one with igloo as cover)!

Livo Lake Cottage

Wooden cottage by the lake. Enjoy peace and quiet, explore the surrounding woodland, pick berry or try fishing. Woodland trails for hiking and mountain biking. Rowing boat. Lake share is shallow and suitable also for children. Electric lighting and heating. Outdoor Sauna by wooden stove. Hot and cold water (drinkable) from tap. Air conditions (living room and both of bed rooms), Fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven and hobs. The nearest market in Posio 20 km from cottage.

Villa Porila

Aitoa ja alkuperäistä Lapin rauhaa, hiljaisuutta ja taikaa! Tilava, viihtyisä ja valoisa 145m2 talo luonnon keskellä kalaisan Kuukasjärven rannalla. Ympärillä runsaasti yksityistä tilaa ulkoiluun omassa rauhassa. Ihanteellinen paikka myös suuremmille ryhmille rentouttavaan lomaan. Talon pihalla on oma pieni pulkkamäki sekä mäenlasku välineitä. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä paljon tekemistä kuten Rovaniemi, Ranuan eläinpuisto, Korouoma, Riisitunturi sekä Iso-Syöte lukuisine palveluineen.

City center apartment

My own city home apartment at the center of Rovaniemi inc. Wi-Fi. Two separated beds or one big bed, soft and big sofa, washing machine, big tv, bedsheets, duvet covers, towels, dishwasher and every other kitchen machine. To restaurants and shopping centres, pharmacy etc. just a couple of minutes walk. Art museum Korundi and Museum Arktikum a five minutes walk, 15 minutes walk to railway station. A couple of minutes walk to bus stop to Santa’a Village and Arctic Circle. Welcome!

Lake view cabin

Our peaceful remote cabin offers you everyhting you might need to let go off your stress and experince the best in Lapland. Beautiful views, traditional sauna experience, and sitting by the bonfire is included in the price. Good spot to see the northern lights. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

Vuonna 2023 valmistunut kattohuoneisto huippusijainnilla, Rovaniemen keskustan sykkeessä! Huoneisto sopii sinulle, jos haluat nukkua yösi rauhassa, mutta olla samalla keskellä kaupungin palveluita. Tyylikkäässä kaksiossa on koko asunnon kiertävä suuri parveke, josta avautuvat avarat näkymät kahteen ilmansuuntaan. Kesällä pääset nauttimaan ilta-auringosta ja yöttömän yön valosta.Talvella saatat bongata revontulia, ja vuodenvaihteessa näet taatusti paljon ilotulituksia!

Welcome to our brand-new cozy cabin on the shore of lake Norvajärvi in Rovaniemi, where you can immerse yourself in the stunning nature of Lapland, close to Santa Claus Village. Our cabin is located in a peaceful area surrounded by tranquil nature and with the lake right next to you. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The area is free from light pollution, making it an ideal spot for watching the Northern Lights if they appear.

Deep Lake Cottage

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Perunkajärvi on rauhallinen 13km pitkä puhdasvetinen järvi. Kesällä voi kalastaa ja talvella pilkkiä. Mökin sijainti on todella rauhallinen, naapureita ei ole lähellä. Ranta on hiekkapohjainen hyvä uintipaikka. Kohteessa on puilla lämmitettävä rantasauna. Pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet sisältyvät hintaan. Lentokentälle on matkaa noin 25km. Rovaniemen keskustaan 35km

Cozy apartment

Tervetuloa tähän täysin varustettuun huoneistoomme rauhallisella Rantavitikan alueella, lähellä Kemijoen rantaa. Asunnolta on noin 2 kilometrin etäisyys Rovaniemen keskustaan. Bussipysäkki on 250 metriä, josta on suora kulkuyhteys kaupungin keskustaan ja Santa Claus Villageen. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan on noin 100 metriä. Täydellinen kohde lapsiperheille!
