Nestled within the heart of Kendal town centre lays Grosvenor Cottage, with a variety of shops, cafes and pubs on it's doorstep. The cottage is a stone's throw away from The Lake District which can easily be accessed by car, bus or train, the local stations are a 5 minute walk away. A location fit for those wishing to explore the Lakes, whilst also experiencing Kendal's town centre. An allocated parking space is provided directly outside the cottage for convenience. Dogs are very welcome

La'al Yam is 12 minutes walk from Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms

The Garden Studio, Lake District with parking.

We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Patio doors open on to a private sun terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. Parking next to the studio.

Located within the historic part of town, in the castle and old canal head area, you are less than 1 minute walk from the town centre across an old stone bridge.

Welcoming guests from all nationalities, faiths and backgrounds, sadly no pets in the cottage. Children welcome with books/games/ toys adapted to age.

Characterful cottage set in the heart of Kendal, The Bolthole is tucked away in a private yard minutes from the town centre. There is a small courtyard with seating. Close to numerous Lake District walking spots, extremely homely and therefore equally suited to exploring or cosying up on the sofa on a rainy day. A Lake District parking permit is included at the property with a car park 30-seconds away and a park close by for those bringing dogs.
