I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook. Walk to Saint Edward state park, hike to Lake Washington, relax by the beach. Walking distance to Kenmore downtown with a selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Half an hour drive to Seattle, Bellevue, or Lynnwood.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cozy and quit Studio in the heart of desirable Kirkland. This studio apartment is equipped with a new full kitchenette, luxury bathroom and dedicated super fast wifi with a small outdoor patio. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Kirkland close to parks, restaurants, shopping, walking trails and beautiful Lake Washington. With quick access to major highways, it is a 20 minute drive to downtown Seattle and upscale Bellevue.

Enjoy all that Woodinville has to offer and return to your peaceful retreat in the woods. Your suite is a 5-10 min drive from all of the wine districts in Woodinville! Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the back yard is forested including seasonal frog symphonies, owl hoots and the occasional coyote party. Enjoy the quiet of nature in your Queen bedroom suite with a private entrance. This space can sleep 3 - but the pull out in the living room is cot size so most suitable for a child.

Welcome to our lovely, private studio in Kenmore! Our comfy space invites you to wind down and relax after a long day exploring the Seattle area. This lil’ gem with a private indoor patio and a gorgeous view of the valley is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just north of Lake Washington. Visiting Seattle? Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

Cozy Home near Puget Sound Broadview

Enjoy a clean, comfortable stay in our 320 square feet cozy guest unit. Newly renovated in and out, private front deck, free and easy parking at front yard curbside. Full kitchen including cookware and refrigerator, microwave, stove, fresh coffee beans and burr grinders for pour over. Full bath, iron, hair dryer and essential supplies are provided at house. Dedicated working desk, 55inch TV and a sofa for your entertaining in living room, or walk for a Peninsula view.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Modern Suite w/ Full Kitchen, King Bed & Patio

Welcome to Millcreek! This side suite combines chic decor with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy. King bed with storage, Iron and ironing board, pull-out sofa bed, Full Kitchen, quartz countertop, shower, 70” flat screen, board games and a coffee bar. Mini split for cooling and heating. I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)

This is cozy quiet and peaceful guest unit with the entrance of it own. Close to the shopping center—Alderwood mall, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores—Safeway and Fred Mayer, transaction center—Ash Way Park and Ride, gym and climbing club; Close to I-5 and I-405 and easy to go to Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and close to Everett.
