We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Pettit House has its own original cottage charm whilst both retro and modern elements have given Pettit a unique and warm feel. Whilst close to all your desired amenities such as restaurants, a divine patisserie, coffee shops, your local grocer & the beautiful Jubilee Beach, you have all you need for a weekend stay.

Centrally located and less than 100m to Jubilee Beach and boatramp this purposely built 1 bedroom unit has been designed and decorated to provide casual, relaxed, coastal accommodation. A great location where you can park the car and walk to beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. Set up for couples with kitchen facilities and separate bathroom, we hope we have provided a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy the East Coast from. Minimum of 2 night stays. No Wifi connected.
