Whether it's a one night business trip or a month long vacation, you'll surely want to come back. Driving through a private gate surrounded by two lakes, this peninsula will take you to Bridie Island. Pull up next to your two bedroom, one bath lake home with all the extras and start enjoying your stay. Go swimming, lay in the sun next to the inground pool or go kayaking, play tennis, go fishing or stroll on your private beach. End your day with a glass of wine sitting next to the gas firepit.

Modern Lake Suite near Lowell

Your modern lake suite includes a private entrance and 30x16 three-season room overlooking the lake. A canoe can be used when you sign a Waiver of Liability. Hosts live in the other suite. Additional overnight guests over 2 are an extra charge. Max of 2 visiting vehicles in the driveway. 15 minutes to scenic parks for hiking, skiing, and golfing in Ada or Lowell. Bird watchers can enjoy a family of Bald Eagles close by. 30 minutes to Grand Rapids. House rules include no pets and no smoking.

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, Swan Cottage is a fully renovated vacation rental that sits directly on Lake Wabasis with 65' of private shoreline. Swan Cottage includes the exclusive & complimentary use of a 20' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle boat & 70' dock w/platform from May through October, weather permitting. (All watercraft/docking equipment stored away the rest of the year).

Waterfront bungalow on Lake Wabasis which includes COMPLIMENTARY USE OF PONTOON BOAT, 2 KAYAKS & DOCK (from early May through late October, weather permitting). This unique vacation rental is situated on 2 over-sized, adjacent lots. The lake & sandy beach are in front of the bungalow; and out back, there is a SEASONAL BUNKHOUSE which overlooks a tranquil, vernal pond in the woods.
