Clean and private 1-bedroom in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. This quiet unit is a great retreat from work or play. It has immediate access to Van Andel, DeVos, Medical Mile, GVSU, John Ball Zoo, and dozens of restaurants and bars. This welcoming space is completely remodeled featuring stylish decor with a cozy, home away from home feel. It has a fully loaded kitchen with a coffee station, on-site laundry, fast Wi-Fi, Hulu, and free street parking. I am only accepting monthly bookings.

Our Home is within walking distance to Downtown Grand Rapids, Did I mention a slue of Historical homes to view??? Close to dining, shopping, parks and Art! Our home is good for couples, family, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a furry friend (pet). We allow one dog or cat.

Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting with a small pond. We have hiking trails around the woods and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat! Highway 131 is only two miles away. We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area. The entire lower level is set up as a private space for you to enjoy.

Welcome! This 2nd floor apartment is in Uptown- steps from the Farmers Marker, walking distance to Easttown and less than 2 miles from downtown. Enter into a shared entry way & head up the stairs to your space. Upstairs will be your private bedroom, kitchenette (NO oven), bathroom with clawfoot tub, spacious living room & dining room. We live downstairs. Dogs and kids are onsite :) The house is in the city so there are nightly “city” noises Message me for questions or for booking!

Note: we live separately, in basement (which is the only LEGAL way in GR) and do keep some of our things in the fridge/pantry.
