Annousa's House is a spacious village house for 8 to 10, beautifully rebuilt and furnished to the highest standards. Relax with the tranquil spirit of "Greece past" around you. Enjoy sunsets over the sea from the large balcony. Only 2km from the closest beach, nestling on the hillside, Kallirahi is a peaceful haven off the beaten track. The exceptionally large living area leads onto the balcony in front and the courtyard behind, with a shaded area with a large table and seating for all.

My place is close to Keramoti, just 2 km away. Returning to village of Monastiraki, Kavala is just 5 min. Part of UNESCO park, Delta Nestos, Kavala, art and culture.The house is convenient comfortable, and practical, offering a clean and modern deisgn for a healthy vacation, in an authentic setting, close to nature and its well preserved beauties. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

You will find close to our house supermarket, bakery, farmacy, restaurants and bars all reachable by walking.The beach is less than 80m far, very nice and clean, organized with sunbeds. The house it’s renovated in 2024 and everything it’s brand new.We have yard with natural shadow.The village is 4 km far from Prínos Port

Our garden is the ideal place to relax by grilling and drinking with your friends and family after a busy day exploring the beauty of this emerald island.

HELIANTHOS VILLA - APARTMENT 4

A very cosy house(45sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.

Summer: Skin gets darker, Water gets warmer, Drinks get colder, Music gets louder, Nights get longer, Life gets better..... The visitors can use the beach-bar for breakfast/coffee/lunch/drinks/music, the treehouse, the parking area, the canoe kayak, the sup board and of course enjoy the crystal sea water along with the stunning sunset. The sunset will fade but the memories will last forever! ☀️
