Located in the perfect spot to explore the Texas Hill Country, The Lower Haus, makes an ideal home base for adventurous day trips and exploring the country side. Nestled in the historic Methodist Encampment neighborhood in Kerrville, you’re just 5 minutes from the beautiful Guadalupe River and only 25 minutes from the Fredericksburg wine country. Or, just hide away and enjoy a quite weekend. Wander through the charming neighborhood to the top of Mt. Wesley and catch a breathtaking sunset.

Minnie's Cabin On The River

A one room cabin on the beautiful Guadalupe River and the Historical Old Ingram Loop. Access to owner's private riverfront for fishing, wading, or enjoying a picnic. Walking distance to antique and artisan shopping. One Queen bed and a pull out futon, sleeps 4. Table that seats 4. Includes a coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, and toaster. Bathroom has a shower, no tub. The cabin is not wheelchair accessible. Owners reside on adjoining property and can respond to request easily.

Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.

This spacious 750 sq. ft one bedroom apartment is cozy enough for a romantic getaway for two or bring the family (sleeps up to 6). Enjoy the gorgeous views of the hills along the Guadalupe from this second story cottage overlooking 5+ acres with mature shade trees. Porch with barbecue and fire ring available upon request.

Just 3.5 miles south of Lost Maples State Natural Area, big tooth maples and live oaks surround the Orchard Inn, providing shade and privacy, even though our home is nearby. Across the road, our “beach” offers privacy and a natural view of the Sabinal River. --Message us for update on river levels-- Progressive owners, our mantra is "make yourselves at home!" Catalina Cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood up in the hills above Kerrville less than 5 minutes from town center, restaurants, the Kerrville River Trail and the beautiful Guadalupe River. Wineries abound in every direction: Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Comfort, Utopia. It is perfect for couples or small families to have a peaceful getaway in the beautiful Hill Country. A wonderful fire pit in the backyard awaits s'mores under a starry sky.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a unique property right on the Guadalupe River. It is a separate guest room and patio built off the garage, that is separate from the house. There is a king bed, kitchenette and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the covered patio. There is a small dock for fishing, sitting, swimming or launching kayaks. There are kayaks, with life jackets, available for your use.
