Plenty of parking including room for an RV for an additional charge. Corrals available for horses for addition charge. 1 hour to DIA. Close to rodeo's, skiing, hunting, fishing, college graduation!

Downtown you will find music venues, bars and restaurants, coffee shops, local breweries, boutiques, and seasonal special events. This home is special and close to great places.

Totally private guest suite with separate entryway (there is a flight of stairs up to the suite.) We are always available and want you to feel comfortable enough to ask us about anything pertaining to your stay. We are here to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. Close to Loveland, Greeley, Fort Collins.

This studio is above a garage and very large at 800+ sq.ft. You will enjoy private parking, easy alley access and a place all your own. A very convenient location to access Fort Collins, Windsor, Eaton or Greeley. There is also a patio area with a picnic table to enjoy the Outside!
