Lake Wateree 4 bedroom + bunk room with private dock and sleeps 12 comfortably. Our home has been completely renovated and is ready to enjoy! It is located in Ridgeway, SC and 20 minutes from Camden and Lugoff. Colonel Creek Landing is 4 miles away and the perfect location to launch your boat. You can dock your boat in 12 feet of water at our dock. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Two living spaces with smart tv's. Now you can enjoy the fire pit and outdoor shower.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE! ! ! Please remember, the Lake Wateree Dam is under a very extensive renovation and hopefully will be completed very soon! However, you can still enjoy viewing the lake from the gazebo and/or local fishing is within 1 to 2 miles from our home (Molly Creek Landing and Dutchman’s Cove) The beautiful new beach is also only within a 2 to 3 minute drive from our property too! Come on and stay anyway! Keeping our fingers crossed the dam is repaired soon!

Large screened porch with refrigerator, sink, and tv lets everyone enjoy each meal or entertain lakeside enjoying the cool breezes and lovely views. Gas grill. Large fully stocked kitchen. Six bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. High Speed Internet/WiFi.

Enjoy breathtaking Lake Wateree views from our updated retreat, just an hour from Columbia, SC, and 30 minutes from Lancaster. Unwind in the spacious living area, cozy up by the electric fireplace, or relax in the serene covered sunroom. Step onto the large wraparound deck to soak up the sun or stargaze. Our dock sustained damage from Hurricane Helene, and repairs are scheduled. However, you still have accessible entry to the water.
