The 3-bedroom and 2-bath home sleeps 8 with primary bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite, guest room with a king room, and another bedroom with a double-size bunk bed. Fully equipped kitchen, sleeper sofa, TVs, internet, Wi-Fi, and board games. Outside, there are kayaks, a covered balcony, and parking for 6 vehicles and a boat. ** Additional fee to heat pool.**

Spend time fishing, on the beach or shopping in downtown Rockport. Condo comes with access to the community pool, tennis court and a designated boat slip with a fish cleaning station. 2 Boat ramps minutes away! Minutes from many restaurants and groceries! Golf carts allowed! We welcome furry children but extra cleaning fees apply.

You can stare out at the water while on a zoom meeting or drop a line into the canal to try to catch your dinner. If fishing for glorious sunrises and sunsets is your preferred catch, the views of Salt Lake are yours for the taking from the back deck. Enjoy the breeze off the canal on a hot summer day with an outdoor shower to rinse off. Relax and stay a while.
