Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

This fully self contained luxury space offers a galley kitchen, full size fridge/freezer and 4 burner cook top, 1 large bedroom with a very comfy KING SIZE BED with flat screen tv, the spacious seperate lounge room offers a very large and comfortable sectional sofa and seperate two person lounging chair wth large flat screen tv wth Netflix Stan and Marley Bluetooth speaker There are 2 large sun soaked decks with BBQ, beautiful furniture and wonderful rural views, both very private spaces

Hobsons Cabin is a self contained cabin (one of two cabins in our backyard) at the right hand side of our private backyard. Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

You can walk to view the State Coal Mine - a piece of Victoria’s history. Walking distance to the shopping areas of town!

The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.
