Goldie Guest Suite is a private getaway right in the middle of all the OBX has to offer! A short walking distance to the ocean (appx 3 minute drive, .4 miles) and other popular sights. Across from a local church, your host is a preacher and family of 4, plus two dogs and a cat. A pet-friendly private suite on the ground level with a private entry, patio, and fenced yard just for you and your furry friend. A quiet neighborhood and polite neighbors. The Vitamin Sea is a studio apartment located on the ground level of our primary house. It’s equipped with everything you may need during your getaway.The unit has its own entrance and a private outdoor area to enjoy a morning coffee. It's less than 1 mile walk to the beach (approximately 15-20min depending on pace) and a few blocks away from Mama Kwan's and Plaza Azteca. It's centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. We live upstairs- a family of 3, our son is 6 &a mini goldendoodle-Skye

Newly renovated original Outer Banks getaway! You will love this bright and airy space. Two bedrooms, two full baths, stocked kitchen and open concept make this a comfortable and stylish place to land for your OBX vacation. Conveniently located right across from the Wright Brothers Monument, you are close to shopping, great restaurants and all visitor attractions. The house has a direct access to the beach which makes for a quick walk. We provide beach chairs for your convenience!

Harmony Hut

Welcome to the Harmony Hut on the beautiful Outer Banks. We are centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. Less than a half mile to the beach and only several blocks to the sound. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars are all close by. There are bikes available in the shed out back to take a pleasant evening ride. After a long day on the beach, enjoy the private shower out back. I've lived on the beach for nearly 30 years. If you have any questions, just ask!

The Flat Top on 1st is a throwback to an era almost lost in the Outerbanks!! Originally constructed in 1958, this single story Block House sits on a large double corner lot in the Heart of Kill Devil Hills. Close to the Beach, shopping , and Attractions, Our Vintage Flatroof is Modernized while trying to keep its nostalgic feel that made so many fall in love with the Outer Banks!! (Note: Minimum 7 day, Saturday to Saturday stays only from June til Labor Day.)

Charming Beach Cottage

This charming cottage located steps from the ocean is loaded with character, originally built to be a diner in 1948 it has been renovated into a charming rental for you to enjoy! This small cottage is 810 sqft, 1 king bedroom and 2 xl twins in bunkroom, 1 queen sofa bed in the sunroom, 1 bath, with an open living, dining, kitchen area. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
