You can also enjoy the bright light of the sun at the sun terrace! The house is a perfect choice for a family of four, a couple or friends that want to spend some tranquil time in nature!

A totally renovated farmhouse nearby the ruins of the ancient city of Filakopi, where the guests can enjoy the gentle and relaxing sound of reeds and sea waves.Ideal for families up to 4 persons , 2 friendly couples or a group of 4 friends.Also available for 2 persons.Ideal for long stays Please notice that there is a new tax rule "climate crisis resilience charge". The tax is 15e per night and its been collected cash by the host at the guest check in. Guest will be provided with a receipt

The monk boathouse

The monk boathouse is located in the beautiful village of milos klima.Our boathouse was built by our uncle Xristos known by the locals as the monk due to his Syrma unique position at the end of the village .Its unique location makes its perfect for a relaxing holiday or a perfect honeymoon as there are no neighbors nearby it is just the syrma and the sea .beside there is big yard where you can enjoy the sun ,drink a glass of wine by the light of the stars and moon ,barbecue or even fishing
