Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

Willow Close Shangri-La

A beach sand rendered concrete cube with queen bed, ensuite tiled bath connected to a semi external kitchenette and deck; private and cute. Suitable for the young and/or young at heart due to steep stairs and rustic /unique features (and nature lovers as we back onto the national park and share our land with many creatures). The walk home is easy it’s just the last 60m to the apartment which is pretty steep. The apartments North-East aspect is perfect for warming winter sun all day & nice cool afternoon sea breeze in summer.

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
