Situated in the leafy suburb of Mt Nelson on the foothills of Hobart 7 minutes drive from CBD and on a suburban bus route with stop across the road. The new luxury apartment offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds separated by a well equipped kitchen and lounge. modern separate bathroom with walk in shower, private laundry for guest use, 2 outdoor living enjoying all day sun and views of the Derwent river. Apartment is totally self contained and offers off street parking and separate entrance.

Sunny with a view

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. A sunny self contained unit with a view of the Derwent River. The unit is private and contains a large sunny bedroom, private bathroom and private kitchenette and living area. A second bedroom can be made available. The unit is situated underneath a family home of four with a dog and cat. Outside, you can use a bbq, a hammock and the sun lounges. The place is walking distance to scenic local bush walks (Bicentennial Park and Signal Station.

The Woodland Inn

The Woodland Inn is not “inside city limits” but that is our thing. Perfect to escape the city, relax and reset on a tassie vacation. Located only a 10 min drive from Sandy Bay but based on a 10 acre lot. The Woodland Inn is the best of both worlds. Perfectly situated to forget the hustle&bustle of your day job and feel reconnected to the world. We do live onsite in the main house, but other than helping out when needed you won’t hear from us. Leaving you to relax and enjoy your stay!

Bella Vista Sandy Bay

This one bedroom self contained flat is part of the main house (all beds are in the one room). The flat has separate entrance. New fully-furnished kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic water views and only 5 km from the city, approximate 10 minute drive. There is a public bus stop 1 minute walk from flat. It's only 3 minutes drive to beautiful beaches (Nutgrove and Long Beach), 7 minute drive to main local shopping center (supermarkets, restaurants, chemist etc). 5 min drive to Uni of Tas.

Situated in Kingston Beach just a 15 minute drive from the city of Hobart with a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. There are various walking tracks along the water. It is in a quiet area over looking Mount Wellington and Kingston Beach with views over the River Derwent including South Arm and Opossum Bay. Kingston is the gateway to the Huon Valley and Bruny Island a 25-30 minute drive.
