Seaside Sanctuary is a 5th floor oceanfront condo with a view that will take your breath away! From the porch you'll take in breathtaking sunrises, dolphins swimming, pelicans cruising, & during peak season there is a full fireworks display every Thursday night. It's a 5 minute walk to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar, 1.2 miles to the Carolina Beach boardwalk, & 1.5 miles to Kure Beach Pier. For a fun day trip, take the ferry to Southport, visit the NC Aquarium, or see the Battleship in Wilmington!

The third bedroom includes a tv and couch for the kids to have their own space.

Get your SUP or kayak ‘on’ and in just a 300m paddle (5 min) you can be lounging on one of the dozens of secluded tiny islands off our dock. Make the ~20 min paddle to experience the unspoilt beauty of Masonboro Island’s pristine, 9 mile white sand beach. Or chill on the dock and take in the jaw dropping views with a glass of wine.

Surf City Beach Tree House - private beach access!

Surf City Beach Tree House -quiet community with total privacy. Set between the beach & the sound, house has an open floor plan, live oak trees, large decks, screened gazebo, & a large fenced backyard. Enjoy the beach during the day & spectacular sunsets from the private dock at night. June through Labor Day are Saturday to Saturday bookings only. This cottage has recently been updated! New washer/dryer, HVAC, hot water heater, new LVP flooring throughout, new furniture in living room, new bedding, new 1/2 bath, newly updated full bath. New dishware, glassware, mattress pads/covers, pillows. Laundry room is downstairs across from the outdoor storage and backs up to outdoor shower. Laundry key is labeled and hanging on a hook inside the front door.
