Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.

Our compact 2 bed modern home with parking is in a quiet residential street, a few minutes walk from Exmouth beach and town centre with its restaurants and shops. Ideal for coastal walks, kite surfing, SUP, and for exploring Devon.Exmouth has a long standing maritime history with harbour and marina, which offers visitors a choice of boat and fishing trips. Exmouth is a beautiful seaside resort which welcomes your 4 legged friend.

Visit peaceful and relaxing Wembury. Loads to do from the doorstep: visit the beach (15min walk or 3 min drive), access to the coastal footpath in both directions, stop in at the local pub or visit the other 2 within the parish. Lots of other beautiful beaches a short drive away and the city of Plymouth is 20 mins away in the car. Please note we have a friendly family cat who lives at the property, she is completely independent and will pop in and out but needs feeding once per day.

From there enjoy a river trip to historic Dartmouth. Our friendly village has a great shop, post office and garage.
