Our Landshütt is situated at 1,550 metres directly next to a ski area, hiking and cycling trails. In the centre of a hut village on Klippitztörl. On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.

Het huis met meer dan 300 m2 woonoppervlak en 2000 m2 tuin ligt zonnig met prachtig uitzicht op loopafstand van skipiste en wandelwegen. Door de indeling is het ideaal voor meerdere gezinnen die samen vakantie willen vieren, maar graag ook een stukje privacy hebben. In huis heeft u 4 eenheden met ieder een eigen badkamer en 2/3 slaapkamers. Ook een royale Sauna heeft u gewoon in uw eigen huis. Op loopafstand vindt u heerlijke voordelige Restaurants. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet.
