High speed internet a 55" smart TV in LR and main bedroom. This property is dog friendly, floors are vinyl plank with area rugs, but no carpet.

GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Located between La Pine and Crescent in a very quiet and private neighborhood. The property sits on one acre and is easily accessible by a paved road. A fire pit is available for use (wood supplied).
