Applegate cottage at boutique winery!

Located right in the middle of Southern Oregon wine country. You will be staying in a cottage on a vineyard with our own winery and tasting room onsite. Tasting room open Saturday & Sunday. (April-December) With 7 wineries under 5 minutes away from the cottage, you’ll have plenty to explore right out your front door. Wooldridge, Walport, Troon, Schultz, Schmidt, Blossom Barn, Rosellas & Solaro just to name a few. Downtown Grants Pass & Jacksonville are 30 minutes away. Highway 5 is 30 min away.

The Greenwood Villa w/wood fire hot tub

The guest house, we affectionately call the Villa, is situated near great views, restaurants, wineries, and nature trails available in Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford. Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. We have designed the Villa to be a quiet retreat that offers some unique features, so please familiarize yourself with our Property and House Rules. Smith River - Riverfront Retreat

Located on the beautiful Smith River*. Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Spacious living room with large windows providing beautiful views of the the river. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, ironing board/iron, washer and dryer. Wifi, Roku with streaming channels (bring your login info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc). * river is not accessible from the home however there is access about 1 mile down the road. Please do not try to access river from our property.

Peach Orchard Cottage

Quaint cottage nestled in a fruit orchard, near the beautiful Trinity river. The cottage is set in a quiet pastoral setting that borders always green pastures. There is a seasonal garden lot by the House as well as an orchard where guests can pick fruit in season, surrounded by a view is of the breathtaking forested Trinity Mountains. Come enjoy the fresh air and clear stars! We are also cleaning the cabin using the CDC - Airbnb cleaning protocol to ensure the safety of our guests!

Sunset View Yurt of Applegate Valley with HOT TUB!

NO CLEANING FEE! Large 24 ft yurt located on our 5 acre horse property. Gorgeous views to the west. Includes a king size bed, and queen sofa bed. Located in Applegate Valley. Many fabulous wineries nearby. We're 6 miles south of downtown Grants Pass, and 2 miles north of Murphy. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, or catch a spectacular sunset. It's all good! Please note: ONLY well-behaved children are welcome. If your kids are destructive or abusive, you will be asked to leave.

Cottage on River Farm -Applegate Wine Trail

Classical cottage on a 5-acre micro-farm, on the Applegate River near vineyards. This cozy cottage on "Red Barn Farm" is a mini farm-stay experience with goats & chickens along the Applegate Valley Wine Trail. Walk to Red Lily Vineyards! Enjoy the private firepit with complimentary s’mores kit or walk down to the river and breath. Come relax and unwind in our cozy, peaceful cabin, tucked away in the beautiful hills of Grants Pass. With mountain views, stunning sunsets and a private wooded environment, it’s the perfect place to get away. Relax, read a good book, take a soak in the hot tub located just steps outside the master suite. The Cozy Cabin is filled with thoughtful touches, from throw blankets to high quality linens and towels, selected to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Muddy Duck Cottage

If you are looking for a farm stay in the redwoods, come stay with us at this studio cottage with a full kitchen, washer dryer, patio, and fire pit. Enjoy the early morning (and sometimes all day) sounds of ducks, geese, turkeys and cattle . Surrounded by acres of Redwood trees, no street lights, and lots of wildlife. Enjoy the stars from the patio in redwood rocking chairs. The cottage has Roku Smart TV, NETFLIX, WIFI & all basic bath & kitchen essentials.

Coyote Cottage- Quiet guest house with great views

Studio guest house provides a quiet get-away with views of Mount Shasta. House is on working cattle ranch with a good chance of spotting baby calves and wildlife. It's located between Mt Shasta ski park & Mt Ashland ski park, 15 min from I-5 and highway 97 and 30 minutes from Mt Shasta City. Other outdoor adventures near by. Pet friendly with a $20 pet fee. Coffee & teas provided. It is a simple space: NO WIFI or tv.
