Three floor, 1800 SQFT townhouse has high end finishes throughout and view of Columbia River. Just blocks from downtown core. The primary suite, second bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. 3rd bedroom and living space on 3rd floor. 50 AMP NEMA 14-50 plug in 2 or 3 car tandem garage for charging. Two night minimum, this may be adjusted to more days around holidays and to prevent "orphaned" days. HOA does not allow one night. AirBNB will add city, state and county taxes. STR #551.

River trails right out the door for walking, fishing, kayaking. Great spot for foraging, wildlife sitings and star gazing. Furnished kitchen, BBQ on the deck, super comfy bed. Access to our game room with pool table, patio and gardens, We are dog friendly. Great area for biking and hiking, close to Goldendale Observatory, Maryhill Museum and the wineries of the Gorge. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home in a nice neighborhood is the perfect hideaway for a group or a family exploring the Gorge or visiting family. The deck off the back is great for grilling and just enjoying the night sky. Tons of wineries and wind sports within minutes. This is one of the few houses in the Gorge that is pet friendly.
