My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). 4 short blocks to the beach (3-5)minute walk or 1 minute golf cart ride. Optional Golf cart is extra rental fee of $70 aday(request at booking). Perfectly located near the park with tennis courts, basketball courts and playground for the kids.
