The beach house is beautifully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan dining area, smart TV, and BBQ. Located directly on the beach by the sea. Patio facing the sea with deckchairs and umbrellas, dining table, sofa group and private jacuzzi. Shared spacious pool. Three kingsize bedrooms with En Suite bathrooms on second floor, two with balconies facing the sea. Bed linen and towels are included. Rooftop with seating areas and wonderful views. AC and fans in all rooms. Weekly cleaning.

Fint feriehus i vakkert område!

Vakre Huay Yang ligger 30 mil sør for Bangkok og 12 mil sør for Hua Hin. Motorvei og jernbane passerer landsbyen, men på god avstand fra boligområdet og huset. Fint, romslig hus på vakkert beplantet område i fredelige, vakre Huay Yang. En tropisk idyllisk fiskeby med genuint Thailandsk miljø, tett innpå lokalbefolkningen. Koselige restauranter m/ lokale og internasjonale retter. 400 m til uberørt, milelang strand. Stor felles pool på området inkl eget barnebasseng. Motor(sykkel),- moped-utleie.

Villa Aruna 1 is one of 10 luxurious villas with direct beachfront access, in the small fishing village Huay Yang, 350 km south of Bangkok. Our Villa is recently renovated in light color with a lot of beautiful bamboo furniture and deco. It’s a perfect place to relax and restore. To spend time in the sun on the patio only a footstep away from the ocean or take a dip in the pool or the jacuzzi. In the sunset it’s nice to relax on the big rooftop where you find several sofas and lounge chairs.

Villa Topia, Huay Yang (pool and beach)

Wonderful pool villa just 30 meters from “Dolphin Beach”, a beautiful clean beach where you can experience the most beautiful sunrises! This modern designed house offers beautiful views to the ocean on one side, and Myanmar mountains at the other. Huay Yang is a safe and welcoming local Thai village with many great local restaurants! The town is located about 300 km south of Bangkok and a good hour south of Hua Hin. All in all a great escape from a busy life to a relaxing and safe area!

Stunning secluded beachfront villa with pool

Modern Beachfront Villa featuring high ceilings, private pool, direct beach access, 525 sqm over two stories +roof top/garden. Ensuite master-br, 2nd br ensuite-both w/king-sized beds/walk-in closets. 3rd ensuite br w/large queenbed + 2 single beds. Sleeps 8 very comfortable. In case of larger groups the TV room sleeps 6 kids/adults depending on closeness. 1 more person could sleep on the living room sofa. 5 simple fold-out mattresses available. Max total sleepers is really 16-20.
