Nice 2 bedroom apartment in Søllerød/Holte

Nice apartment in Søllerød, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom (total 65 sqm). Kitchenette with fridge, electric kettel, and microwave. No stove and no cooking. 20 min from Copenhagen by car. Just next to the lovely Kirkeskov forest. The apartment is renovated and is located in the basement of a nice old house from year 1900 with its own entrance. The forest is perfect for running, walking and bike trips. We recommend a car and have free parking. We look forward to welcome you, Tina & Henrik.

Ny istandsat længe på en 4 længet landejendom. (Nedlagt landbrug) Der er egen indgang, hvor man kan opholde sig ugenert fra udlejer. Det ligger 6 km fra Hillerød centrum og 2 km fra Allerød station, med busstop100 meter fra boligen. Og fin mulighed for parkering på grunden. Udsigt ud over marker eller haven. Det er en charmerende atmosfære på gården. Rent “Morten Korch “stil. Ligger ud til vej med 50 km begrænsning. Moderat trafik morgen og aften. Grundet god isolering mærker man ikke trafikken.

Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Der er to terrasser til hytten - én udenfor og én ovenpå. Der findes rindende vand udenfor hytten og nede er der et campingtoilet med håndvask. Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities.
