The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. The house is in the renovation phase, everything is functional,bed linen and towels are provided. center distance 7km - Loud events and parties are not allowed

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Villa Mate

House "Villa Mate" has a large social space, living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate nursery. Also inside the house there is space for exercise. Within the building is a large garden with olive trees, space and content for the entertainment of children, and a large terrace with garden furniture and grill. At only 5 minutes drive from Villa Mate is a large number of sand, gravel and rocky beaches with a view of the Zadar archipelago.

Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. This detached holiday house with a private heated pool is near the beach in a quiet location on a road with little traffic in the village Zubovici near Novalja on the island of Pag. The town Novalja is 9km away. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sunsets and the seaview from the terrace and the pool. Pets are welcome.
