In a beautiful panoramic position with a big terrace at the edge of the forest of Stans, this cosy holiday house has just been renovated in September 2018 and it's fully equipped. Perfect for families with children and couples that love to be surrounded by nature, but also want to be close to local amenities. During your stay we'll be happy to take care of your wellbeing.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

This modern 2 storey half house with 3 bedrooms is located just 2.5kms from the centre of Kitzbühel. It has a lovely, peaceful location accompanied by superb alpine views up and down the valley. <br><br>Conveniently positioned House Staudach is just a 7 minute drive or bus ride from Jochberg chairlift. The bus-stop for the free ski-bus is a 5 minute walk from your door. For summer guests there are numerous golf courses and hiking routes are all close by.

Our holiday house is located next to the Schatzbergs gondola. You can ski right outside the front door. View of surrounding mountains, located at the edge of the village. For Famlies and groups up to 8 people. We habe the Wildschönauer Card (for 2024 until 2025)! In summer the following activities are for free: use of gondola, swimming pool, tennis, guided hiking, children programs, museum of mountain farmer and more! Have a look at the internet!
