My recently renovated studio apartment is situated in the heart of the city, amidst the lively nightlife, yet it provides a peaceful and sunlit atmosphere. It is conveniently located on the fifth floor of a contemporary building, overlooking a tranquil courtyard. The apartment includes a balcony, and the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access. The kitchen is well-equipped with a sink, cooktop, electric kettle, microwave oven, and a Nespresso machine for your convenience.

Another gem in our highly popular Architecture Series, again in the Art Deco style, is located in a palatial building in the absolute center.
