My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). Пологие пляжи, которых несколько в шаговой доступности, и инфраструктура (ресторан, кафе, магазин, автобусная остановка) на расстоянии 150-200м. Сказочные виды из окон, с балконов и территории на море и горы одновременно. Идеально для семейного отдыха.

Stunning views across Kotor bay

Beautifully positioned in an elevated location above the bay, we are fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. A small supermarket, the waters edge, several bars and restaurants are just minutes away or just relax on one of the sun loungers on your private terrace or around the pool. Kotor and Perast are only 10 minutes away by car. Boka Heights is a well maintained complex. The residence is ideal for a family holiday or couples retreat.

By The Sea

The apartment is 200 meters from the Old Town, 10 meters from the beach. Near the apartment there is a shopping center. It is about 1 km away from the bus station, and from the Tivat airport 10-15 minutes drive. Near the apartment there is a bakery (2 minutes from the apartment), there is also a restaurant which is located by the sea where you can relax with our traditional food and glass of wine. The bathroom renovated in 2024 😊

Camellia 3 je apartman u zgradi koja je u neposrednoj blizini soping centra Camellia.Gradska plaza je preko ulice.Stari grad je na 5 min hoda.Gradsko setaliste pocinje na minut hoda od apartmanaU neposrednoj blizini je veliki broj kafea picerija,restorana. Glavna autobuska stanica je na 15 min. hoda Apartm. ima prednju veliku terasu i balkon .na. zadnjoj strani apartmana sa lijepim pogledom na planine i na zaliv

Friendly Filip Apartment

The apartment is distanced just 6 meters from sea. It is duplex apartment with two reserved parking spaces. Located in a suburb of Tivat at a distance of 12 km from city center. Apartment includes two sunbeds and berth for the vessel and barbecque. In 250 meters you have the nearest grocery shop and a in 2 km Aroma and Voli supermarkets. You have many beautiful beaches around.

Our place has a great view. It is close to the beach, art and culture, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love our place because of the light and the coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Located in Old Town Kotor, within a 2-minute walk from the sea, also in close proximity of all restaurants, pubs and shopping center. Surrounded by amazing ancient building structures, hills and sea, "Pela" offers original experience of this town.
