We have a large property with three residences and a swimming pool and gazebo/gym. The property is right on the lagoon where there is great kitesurfing and we also run a small kayaking business. The Hut is fenced for privacy and there is Wifi throughout the property. Kappalady is a small village with a shop and a few restaurants within walking distance. The beach is the other side of the lagoon and is a short walk across. We have a cafe called Lagoonies and a kite school called Kite Buddies

This is the only Property that you can easily find at Maho area which offers you the real and genuine authenticity by opening breathtaking Gateways for being with local hosts and feel the real taste of calmness. Is situated in the close proximity to key the key archaeological site of Yapahuwa Rock Fortress and many other Buddhist Shrines around while glimpsing at this pleasantly countryside consisting with ample of Water bodies where migrant and many other endemic birds are roaming about.
