Distance from the capital Podgorica is only 28 km, 40-minute drive on a new paved road. The possibility of organizing car rental or transportation from and to the cottage, upon request. Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 4-5 Personen. Der Garten bietet viel Platz für Kinder zum Spielen, Fußballtore, etc. Die Verbindungstreppe zwischen den Stockwerken ist mit einer Kindersicherung ausgestattet. Es stehen neben dem Doppel- (160cm) noch zwei Ausziehbetten (140cm) zur Verfügung.

Camp Lipovo mountain cabin 2

This wood cabin is standing on the top of our property. From this place you have the best view. At every side of the house you can see the mountains on there best. When you look at the pictures you can see that the two-personsbed is only available with a little stairs or you can sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. There is a place where you can make fire and make dinner on a bbq. at the terras we will serve breakfast every day from 1 mei till 1 oktober
