The Nissen

The Nissen is a spacious, light filled two bedroom holiday house overlooking the historic town of Castlemaine, aptly named for its resemblance to a World War II Nissen Hut. The cottage is away from the workings of the day to day farm, with its own garden, so there is a feeling of privacy. It has a cosy wood fire, reverse-cycle aircon, Netflix, queen beds in both bedrooms and an additional single bed. The gorgeous setting lends itself to enjoying a morning coffee or dining alfesco while taking in the beautiful landscape.

Foletti's Barn - Cosy Daylesford retreat.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

N.B: Please ensure you specify the correct number of guests when booking. Any undeclared overnight guests will be charged to the credit card used for booking following departure. House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification). Closeby to the main street of Kyneton which features the historic Piper St hub and local attractions.

The spacious bedroom areas have luxurious king size beds, ensuite with tile heating, big showers and split systems and fans all through the house for total comfort.

STONE EDGE is a beautiful & tranquil property set in a lovely garden located in a prime position close to the Botanical Gardens, "The Mill" & Castlemaine Town. The property consists of a main cottage & two beautiful sandstone cottages "North" & "South". These two can be let out separately or together. Both cottages have super comfy king size beds & each is unique in character.
