Outings: Antique Alley, Chucksters, Stonehouse Pond, Meadows State Park, Portsmouth,Concord. *Sleeps 4. *PET FEE $25 per dog/ night. 1-2 behaved dogs. Charming cottage with 3 bedrooms just a small walk to Sunapee lake. You can enjoy swimming off the dock or explore one of the many harbors on the lake. Mount Sunapee is just around the corner (2 minute drive) and offers many fun activities for the whole family. Including zip lines, mtn biking and much more. Sunapee State beach is also within walking distance or just a short drive away. Offers large sandy beach. This rustic cottage is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends.

Three cottages for one rental, offering privacy and indoor and outdoor space for being together. The main cottage sleeps four, has a full kitchen and a screened-in porch; the two studio cottages have kitchenettes and sleep two. It is not ideal for very young children or those who have difficulty walking up and down hill on uneven ground. 8.5% NH Meals & Rental tax applies.

Seasonal lake side cottage

Cottage comes with the use of two kayak's, a canoe, two stand up paddle boards, an outside fire place to roast s'mores. (Please do not use fireplace until dusk). Refrigerator & freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster, basic pots and pans, outside grill,a clean lake with swimming area. Tv/DVD player & DVD’s(no cable). We supply towels,linens & beach towels. Friendly neighbors on either side of cottage. Water is fine to use, but not to drink. A perfect relaxing, unplugged weekend getaway.
